Mr. Burns has been involved in the IT asset management industry since 1992 and is considered a subject matter expert in the field of asset management. David was an Officer and VP of Consulting and Product Development for one of the early stage consulting and technology companies in the IT asset management industry. David and his consulting teams have worked on over 500 IT asset management projects.
